FAQ
Why does my Switch only charge at an angle?
Usually a worn or torn USB-C port. We replace the port. If it still will not charge, the charge IC is next.
Is this the same as a dock issue?
Dock-only no-picture is often HDMI / dock, not the Switch charge port. Text photos and we will sort which path.
Mail-in?
Yes. Tracked mail-in USA, or local SWFL pickup with return delivery. No walk-in storefront.
