Yes. PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series and Xbox One, plus retro and handheld consoles. Can you fix stick drift?
Yes. We repair OEM sticks, or upgrade to Hall-effect or TMR sticks - whichever you want if we can source it. DualSense, Xbox and Pro Controller, both sticks, fully calibrated. Quote before work.
Do you do retro console restoration?
Yes. Better screens (backlit/IPS), rechargeable batteries, and USB-C charging for Game Boy, Game Boy Color, GBA, N64, PS1/2/3 and other classic systems. We also source and install custom shells and UV prints on any console.
PS5 powers on but TV says no signal - is that HDMI?
Usually yes. Lights and fans can run while a bent HDMI pin or a damaged port kills the picture. Try a known-good HDMI cable and a different TV input first. If it is still black, we replace the PS5 HDMI port with return shipping included. SWFL pickup with return delivery, or tracked mail-in USA. Text photos of the port before you ship. Quote first.

What should I do before I mail my device?

Do you offer mail-in repair?
Yes. We repair devices by tracked USPS or UPS mail-in from anywhere in the USA, and we offer local SWFL pickup with return delivery in Cape Coral and Fort Myers.
What does your warranty cover?
Every repair carries a 90-day limited warranty on workmanship and parts.
Do you fix water-damaged or no-power devices?
Often. We inspect every board under a microscope and quote before any work. Not every device is repairable. If it is not worth fixing, we will tell you, and you can recycle it or sell it to us for cash.
