OEM stick repair
We clean, service, and replace the worn stick mechanism on your existing controller. A solid, cost-effective fix when the board and buttons are healthy.
Hall-effect upgrade
We replace the sticks with hall-effect modules. Magnetic sensing instead of carbon contact, so they do not wear the same way and resist drift far longer than OEM sticks.
TMR upgrade
Total-magnetic-resistance sticks — the newer generation of drift-free sensing. If you ask for TMR and we can source it for your controller, we will install it.

Hall-effect or TMR — which is better?
Both are drift-resistant. TMR is the newer generation and generally holds up longest. Ask for the one you want; if it is available for your controller we will install it, otherwise we will quote the best option we can source.
Do you do both sticks?
Yes. We replace both sticks at the same time so they wear evenly and the controller stays centered.
Will you fix my 3rd-party controller?
Case-by-case. Text your model and the fault and we will tell you if it is a workable repair.
Local or mail-in?
Both. Local SWFL pickup and return, or tracked mail-in from anywhere in the USA. Firm quote first.
