By requesting a quote, mailing a device, or selling a device to Chip's Tech Repair, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and work

Starting prices on the site are estimates. Work begins only after you approve a firm quote. Parts path and damage level can change the final price.

Mail-in

Ship-to address provided via text after quote confirmation. You are responsible for outbound packaging and tracking until we receive the device. Free standard return shipping is included unless stated otherwise; expedited return is at your cost.

Buybacks

Online estimates are not final offers. Final offer is confirmed by text after device details/condition are verified.
